Our Team

Customer service is not a department, it
MEET THE TEAM Steve owns Gator Custom Mobility and runs the shop floor day-to-day. He personally handles most of our hand-control and ramp installations, drawing on three decades of experience converting and maintaining adaptive vehicles. If your project involves a custom modification, an out-of-warranty repair, or a complex driver-evaluation follow-up, you'll likely be working directly with Steve.Jeremy is our in-house Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and the lead salesperson on the conversion-van side. He manages our rehab-side coordination — working with CDRS evaluators, prescribing physicians, and VA Prosthetics offices to make sure each customer ends up in the right vehicle and equipment for their long-term needs. Jeremy also assists Steve with installations during high-volume weeks.
